Soil vibrating plates

The soil is compacted using a vibrating plate, which is equipped with 1 - 3 vertically striking pneumatic vibrators depending on the size of the furnace. This device makes it possible to compact the respective soil thicknesses in one layer and in one operation. The great advantage of the pneumatic vibrator (vertical), in contrast to the pneumatic vibrator (horizontal), is the central compaction, without migration on the furnace floor, which prevents damage to the insulation. However, we also manufacture floor plates with pneumatic vibrator(s) upon customer request.

If you have several different oven sizes, it is possible to compact different oven sizes with one base plate set. To do this, a plate for the smallest oven diameter is equipped with one or more pneumatic vibrators and the other plates for the larger ovens can be connected to the first plate with little effort using a quick-release fastener.
